Delivery Area
Saraz Collection delivers all over Bangladesh.
Delivery Charge
- Inside Dhaka: Tk 100
- Outside Dhaka: Tk 130
Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: 1-2 days
- Outside Dhaka: 2-3 days
Delivery time is counted from the day your order is confirmed. Delays may happen during Eid, public holidays, bad weather, political situations or courier issues. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, our team may call or message you to confirm it. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and the other payment methods shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready when the delivery person arrives.
Wrong Address
Please give your full address and an active phone number. If delivery fails because of a wrong address or an unreachable phone, re-delivery charges may apply.
