Return and Refund Policy
Check Your Product at the Time of Delivery
Please open and check your parcel in front of the delivery person. We offer an instant return and refund at the doorstep while the delivery person is present.
Instant Return at the Doorstep
If the product is damaged, defective, wrong or not as described, you can return it to the delivery person right away. For a damaged, defective or wrong product, you do not need to pay anything.
If you return the product for any other reason, such as a change of mind, you only need to pay the delivery charge (Tk 100 inside Dhaka, Tk 130 outside Dhaka).
No Return or Exchange After the Delivery Person Leaves
Once the delivery person has left, no return or exchange will be accepted. Please check the colour, fabric, pieces and quality carefully before accepting the parcel.
Refunds for Advance Payments
If you paid in advance and returned the product at the doorstep, your refund will be sent within [3-7 working days] to your original payment method or your bKash/Nagad number.
Please Note
- Colours may look slightly different in real life due to screen settings and photo lighting. This is not a defect.
- Our products are unstitched. Any stitched, cut, washed or altered product cannot be returned.
